  • Develop a CRM culture within the organization: data capturing, management, communication etc.;
  • Measure ROI, analysis and feedback;
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Dept., plan digital strategies and online special projects with the aim to generate qualified traffic and maximize brand awareness;
  • Create a customer communications plan, in partnership with marketing, designed to improve repeat purchase rate and customer loyalty – test and iterate based on what works;
  • Manage CRM communication and guidelines with subsidiaries and external agencies;
  • Database management & analysis;
  • Definition of a Loyalty Program & Care.


  • 3+ years experience as CRM Specialist /
  • Strong marketing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • A strong understanding of beauty industry
  • Excellent strategic vison and conceptual strengths to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Track record in driving client engagement and loyalty, demonstrating acute understanding of client life-cycles
  • Deep knowledge in client analytics and data driven marketing, including success using these tools (such as Klaviyo, Loyalty programs i.e Loyalty Lion)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured
  • Strong communication skills
  • International background
