JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a CRM culture within the organization: data capturing, management, communication etc.;
- Measure ROI, analysis and feedback;
- In collaboration with the Marketing Dept., plan digital strategies and online special projects with the aim to generate qualified traffic and maximize brand awareness;
- Create a customer communications plan, in partnership with marketing, designed to improve repeat purchase rate and customer loyalty – test and iterate based on what works;
- Manage CRM communication and guidelines with subsidiaries and external agencies;
- Database management & analysis;
- Definition of a Loyalty Program & Care.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience as CRM Specialist /
- Strong marketing skills
- Fluent in English
- A strong understanding of beauty industry
- Excellent strategic vison and conceptual strengths to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Track record in driving client engagement and loyalty, demonstrating acute understanding of client life-cycles
- Deep knowledge in client analytics and data driven marketing, including success using these tools (such as Klaviyo, Loyalty programs i.e Loyalty Lion)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured
- Strong communication skills
- International background
