RistOhrante - Terms and Conditions


1.1 The object of the current Terms and conditions is the espressOh Loyalty Program RistOhrante service on the website https://www.espressoh.shop/ 

1.2 The owner of the website and Loyalty Program is B. Cosmetics SRL. (Espressoh), legal address: Strada Provinciale San Silvestro 13, Pescara 65129, VAT NUMBER 02212860684


2.1 The following Terms and Conditions apply to the espressOh Loyalty Program RistOhrante ("The Loyalty Program"). When you create an account on espressoh.com you agree to be automatically signed up to the Loyalty Program and you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the program. 

2.2 When you create an account and sign up to The Loyalty Program and you opt in to marketing emails, you will receive marketing communication for the Loyalty Program where updates on your profile will be communicated including but not limited to welcoming you to a new level, sending you promotional codes to redeem your rewards and informing you of your point status. 

2.3 When you become a member of The Loyalty Program you will accumulate points when you purchase products on espressoh.com alone, not from any other online or physical store selling espressOh products. The points you accumulate will place you in one of three Levels. Each level offers a series of rewards that you are entitled to redeem as a member of The Loyalty Program. Check this page to see all the rewards for each level. 

2.4 You will receive promotional codes by email and you are entitled to redeem them with your next purchase. Promotional codes are unique, can only be used once and will only work if you are a member of The Loyalty Program and if you are  logged into your loyalty account. You can only use one promotional code per purchase. Sets are not included with promotional codes.

2.5 Points will expire after 18 months from you joining The Loyalty Program. You are then entitled to start accumulating points again and redeeming new rewards. 

2.6 Points will not be added to your account if you were not logged into your loyalty account at the point of purchase. However, our team will be able to add your points manually.

2.7 You can receive points for purchases, creating an account, following us on Instagram and for leaving a review. Points will only be allocated one time for each action. 

2.8 When you leave a review you will receive 25 points but this is only valid if you have purchased the product/s you are reviewing and if you do so by being logged into your loyalty account. You can receive points for reviewing a product only once. If you purchase that product again, you can review it but will not receive the points again for doing so. You can review a product from the email we send you 14 days after purchasing a product or directly from the site. If you review the product/s from the email we send you your points will be automatically allocated to your account (if you were using your loyalty email). If you review from the site directly, you will need to use your loyalty email and then verify your review from the review verification email we send you. Then, the points will be allocated to your account. 

2.9 To be part of the second level ("Primi") you need to have at least one order placed on espressoh.com registered with your account. To be part of the second level ("Dessert") you need to have at least two orders placed on espressoh.com registered to your account.

2.10 If you return your order to receive a refund, the points you had previously accumulated will be removed. 

2.11 espressOh is entitled to change the rewards associated with The Loyalty Program at any time. Please note that we will be updating the gifts every 18 months starting from September 2023 so you might see the gifts changing depending on when you sign up. 

2.12 The Loyalty Program is for personal use only. The points you earn with your purchases belong to you alone and cannot be transferred to anyone else or used in any other way than what is outlined one The Loyalty Program page. 


3.1 If you would like to terminate your loyalty account, you can email us at help@espressoh.it. Once we perform this action you will loose the points you had accumulated. 


4.1 We reserve the right to terminate any Member's account if we believe that the Member has breached the Terms and Conditions of The Loyalty Program by providing false information in order to benefit from the program in improper ways. 

4.2 We are entitled to suspend or terminate The Loyalty Program at any time at our discretion. Members would be notified if this were to happen and their accounts would be terminated.


5.1 We will use your personal data only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We suggest you consult it as it includes important provisions that may concern you.
