HOW DOES AUTO-REPLENISH WORK? + -

Select your espressOh favourites and choose the Auto-Replenish option on the product page. Then pick how often you want them delivered:

Your products will be delivered automatically on your chosen schedule, with the discount applied each time. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. CAN I CANCEL AUTO-REPLENISH AT ANY TIME? + -

Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel your Auto-Replenish deliveries at any time. To do this, you can use the “Manage Your Subscription” link in any email you receive about your Auto-Replenish orders, or access your espressOh customer account on the website, where you’ll find the “Manage Your Subscriptions” section. Note: To manage Auto-Replenish from your customer account, you must have a separate customer account created with the same email used for your Auto-Replenish account. Your Auto-Replenish account is separate from your regular customer account, so changes must be made using one of these two methods.

CAN I USE PROMO CODES WITH REPLENISHMENT ORDERS? + -

Promo codes don’t apply to Replenishment items, but you can still add one-time products to the same cart and use your promo code on those. Your Replenishment items will keep their own built-in discount automatically. 

HOW DO I CREATE MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT ACCOUNT? + -

Your Auto-Replenish account is created automatically after you complete the payment for your first subscription order. You’ll receive an email with a temporary access code to log in to your Auto-Replenish account. From your personal area, you can: view your active subscriptions, cancel a subscription, pause and reactivate a subscription, skip an order, check your next scheduled delivery date and update your payment method. Please note that the Subscription account is different from your regular customer account. If you don’t already have one, we recommend creating a regular customer account on espressOh here using the same email address as your subscription account. After you create and log in to your regular account, you’ll find a section called “Manage Your Subscriptions”, where you can view and manage your active subscription orders.

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT ACCOUNT? + -

You can access your Auto-Replenish account through the “Manage Your Subscription” link in any of the emails you receive about your subscription orders or from your regular espressOh account, if you created one. Please note that the Subscription account is different from your regular customer account. If you don’t already have one, we recommend creating a regular customer account on espressOh here using the same email address as your subscription account. After you create and log in to your regular account, you’ll find a section called “Manage Your Subscriptions”, where you can view and manage your active subscription orders.

CAN I ACTIVATE AUTO-REPLENISH IN-STORE? + -

You cannot activate Auto-Replenish directly in the store, it must be set up online through the espressOh website. When activating your subscription online, you may choose the Pick-up option at our Milano Flagship Store for your first subscription order. However, all subsequent orders will default to shipping, so be sure to add your delivery address in the Subscription Account area. If no address is saved, your subscription order cannot be shipped. 
If you want to continue picking up each recurring order in store, you will need to manually select the Pick-up option before every shipment. You’ll receive a reminder email ahead of each upcoming order; this is the best time to update your delivery preference. 
To update your delivery option: 
- Access your Auto-Replenish account via the “Manage Subscription” link in your reminder email or from your regular account area.
- In the Pick-up Location section, click the edit icon. 
- Add or update your shipping address and click Continue. 
- Choose either Home Delivery or Pick-up in Store. 
- Click Save to confirm.
Please note: all changes must be made before the scheduled shipping date. Otherwise, your order will be shipped automatically to the address on file, or if you don't have an address on file it will be paused and only shipped when you add one.

CAN I ACTIVATE MORE THAN ONE AUTO-REPLENISH ORDER AT THE SAME TIME? + -

Yes! You can activate multiple Auto-Replenish products at the same time. Each product will be managed separately and delivered automatically according to the schedule you choose for that item.

WHAT HAPPENS IS A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK WHEN IT'S SCHEDULED FOR AUTO-REPLENISH? + -

If a product is out of stock on the scheduled delivery date, the order will not be created. Customers are informed through their account and the order status page that there may be a delay in the next delivery. Currently, the system does not send a separate notification specifically for out-of-stock issues so you will receive an email saying your payment did not go through. But don't worry, the espressOh team will monitor stock and handle any delayed deliveries manually once the product becomes available and notify you throughout the process. If your order includes multiple products and even one is out of stock, the entire order will be delayed. You will be notified and can manage your subscription from your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS? + -

If your payment fails, the system will automatically make up to three attempts, spaced three days apart. If all three attempts fail, your Auto-Replenish subscription will be automatically cancelled, and you’ll receive an email notification at the address you provided. You can update your payment details and reactivate your subscription anytime through the “Manage Subscription” link in your emails or from your account.
