Available in two colours (intense black and moka brown). Hi_Liner in Black is waterproof (yet easy to remove with any makeup remover) and Moka has a non-waterproof formula.
HOW TO - TIPS
- Before use - shake well to wake up your eyeliner.
- For best results, keep the tip down to maintain the brush wet.
- For thin layers apply light pressure and add more pressure for thicker lines.
