Auto-Replenish and Save Subscription T&Cs
1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
1.1. This document contains the terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) governing the espressOh Subscription Program (hereinafter, the “Subscription”) available on the website https://www.espressoh.shop (hereinafter, the “Website”). The Subscription allows you to set up recurring orders for selected products available on the Website, receive automatic delivery of such products, and benefit from a discount on the sale price based on the chosen delivery frequency.
1.2. The Subscription is also governed, for any matters not expressly covered herein, by our Terms of Use and General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Website, which form an integral part of these Terms.
1.3. We invite you to read these Terms carefully. For any request, concern or question, you may contact us at help@espressoh.it.
1.4. By activating the Subscription for one or more products available on the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, in whole or in part, please do not activate the Subscription.
1.5. These Terms may be amended at any time and without prior notice by the owner of the Website — B. Cosmetics S.r.l., headquartered at Strada Provinciale San Silvestro 13, Pescara 65129, registered with the Companies Register of Pescara, VAT number 02212860684 (hereinafter, “espressOh”). Updated versions will be published on the Website. Your continued participation in the Subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you must cancel your Subscription.
1.6. The Subscription Program is valid exclusively on the espressoh.shop website and is not available on the espressOh UK website (https://uk.espressoh.com/) or the US website (https://espressoh.com/).
2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
2.1. The Subscription is available only for a selection of products sold on the Website and does not apply to product sets or already discounted items.
2.2. You can find the list of products available for purchase with a Subscription here.
3. PROMOTIONAL CODES – LOYALTY POINTS
3.1. Promotional codes cannot be applied to Subscription purchases. However, you may add non-Subscription products to the same cart and apply promotional codes to those products.
3.2. Orders placed through the Subscription allow you to earn Loyalty points just like any other order, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing the Loyalty Program available on the Website.
4. ACTIVATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS
4.1. You can activate the Subscription on the product page of the Website by selecting the desired delivery frequency and clicking “Add to Cart.”
4.2. You do not need an Espressoh account to activate the Subscription.
4.3. The Subscription cannot be activated at the Espressoh store located in Milan, Via Donizetti 8 (hereinafter, the “Flagship Store”).
4.4. By activating the Subscription, products will be ordered and delivered automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected at activation.
4.5. The Subscription allows automatic, recurring delivery of the selected product, with a discount applied to the sale price based on the delivery frequency indicated on the product page:
- Every 6 weeks → 20% discount
- Every 8 weeks → 18% discount
- Every 10 weeks → 15% discount
4.6. You may activate multiple Subscriptions at the same time for different products.
4.7. Each order placed through the Subscription constitutes a separate purchase offer for each product. The sales contract for each product will be concluded only when we ship the product and you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
5.1. If a product in Subscription is out of stock on the scheduled shipping date, the order will not be created. You will receive a notification in your account and on the order status page indicating a possible delay in the next delivery, as well as a “payment failed” email. The Espressoh team will then contact you via email with information and updates on product availability.
5.2. If the product remains out of stock for more than 14 days, the system will not attempt to automatically retry payment when the product becomes available again. The Espressoh team will manage the process manually and initiate a new payment attempt once the product is back in stock.
5.3. If a Subscription order contains multiple products and even one of them is out of stock on the scheduled shipping date, the entire order will not be created (partial orders are not processed). You will receive an email notification and may manage your Subscription from your personal area.
6. PAYMENT – CARD DATA STORAGE
6.1. When activating the Subscription, you must enter your payment card details, which will be securely stored in your personal area, accessible via a temporary access code for enhanced security.
6.2. The amount will be charged automatically according to the selected frequency, unless the Subscription is cancelled, paused, or skipped.
6.3. Your payment information will be securely stored in your personal area and will never be fully visible. Complete card details are neither shared nor accessible, and are used exclusively in protected form to process recurring payments.
6.4. In case of an unsuccessful payment, up to 3 attempts will be made, 3 days apart. After the third failed attempt, the Subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an email notification. After a failed payment, the Subscription will be paused; you must update your payment details and reactivate the Subscription.
7. PERSONAL AREA
7.1. After the payment of your first Subscription order, even if you do not have an Espressoh account, the system will automatically create a Subscription account for you, accessible via a temporary access code sent to the email address you provided. If you already have an Espressoh account, you can access the “Manage My Subscriptions” area directly.
7.2. From your personal area, you may:
- View active Subscriptions
- Cancel the Subscription
- Pause the Subscription (and reactivate it at any time
- Skip an order
- View the next scheduled shipping date
- Modify the payment method
7.3. Any change made in your personal area will be confirmed via email to the address you provided.
8. IN-STORE PICK-UP OPTION
8.1. You may activate a Subscription with the “in-store pick-up” option at the Milan Flagship Store.
8.2. This option is valid only for the first Subscription order.
8.3. If you wish to continue picking up every Subscription order in-store, you must manually select this option after receiving the reminder email sent before each scheduled shipment. You can modify the delivery option by following these steps:
- Access your Subscription customer area via the “Manage Subscription” link in the reminder email
- In the “Pick-up location” section, click the edit icon
- Add or update the shipping address and click “Continue”
- Select your preferred option: home delivery or in-store pick-up

8.5. Changes to the shipping address must be made before the scheduled shipping date indicated in your Subscription customer area. If no change is made in time, the order will be shipped to the previously saved address or, if none exists, the order will remain on hold until the address is updated.
9. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
9.1. You may cancel the Subscription at any time directly from your personal area. The cancellation will be confirmed via email.
9.2. Cancellation does not affect orders for which you have already received the shipping confirmation.
10. SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION
You cannot modify an active Subscription to change the selected product. To subscribe to a different product, you must cancel the existing Subscription and activate a new one.
11. SUSPENSION – CANCELLATION BY ESPRESSOH
11.1. Espressoh reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Subscription in the event of improper use or violation of these Terms.
11.2. Espressoh may suspend or terminate the Subscription Program on the Website at any time at its sole discretion. In such case, you will be promptly informed via email.
11.3. Suspension or cancellation by Espressoh does not affect orders for which you have already received the shipping confirmation.
12. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
You will automatically receive email notifications for the following:
- Confirmation of a new Subscription activation
- Reminder prior to automatic shipping, with the option to modify the order within the indicated deadline
- Confirmation of a skipped order (with the new expected shipping date)
- Confirmation of a paused Subscription
- Confirmation of automatic cancellation after 3 unsuccessful payment attempts
- Confirmation of Subscription reactivation (with new payment date)
- Confirmation of voluntary cancellation
- Failed payment notice with a request to update payment details
- Notice of a new payment attempt after a failed payment
- Notice of suspension or cancellation of the Subscription by Espressoh

13. YOUR DATA
The personal data and information you provide will be processed by Espressoh in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), as described in the privacy notice available in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Website.
